Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.5.2.5.2 - Acknowledge orally the contributions and strengths of others.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- State at least three reasons why acknowledging other people’s contributions is important in group physical activities.
- Identify and verbally recognise the strengths and contributions of at least two classmates during a group physical activity.
- Use appropriate Ghanaian expressions of praise, such as “ayikoo”, “well done” and “good work”, to acknowledge their peers.
- Demonstrate positive social behaviours, including empathy, tolerance and cooperation, while giving and receiving praise during physical activities.
- Reflect on how acknowledging others helps build teamwork and fair play in physical education and everyday life.
