Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.5.1.5.1 - Participating independently in fitness and skill development activities outside school.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least three physical activities they can perform independently outside of school hours.
- Explain why self-motivation is important for participating in physical activity without a teacher or coach present.
- Create a simple personal weekly plan showing two or more fitness or skill development activities to do at home or in the community.
- Demonstrate one fitness activity or skill they practiced outside school and describe how they felt doing it on their own.
- Show respect and fair-play when sharing their experiences with classmates in group discussions.
