By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Read a short text in French describing people greeting each other and identify who is speaking and who is being greeted.
Look at an image showing a greeting scene and match the correct French greeting expression to the people shown.
Answer simple comprehension questions (who, what, where) based on a short reading passage about greetings.
Sequence the events of a greeting scene (arrival, greeting, response, farewell) in the correct order after reading the text.
Create a simple picture-and-caption match by pairing French greeting phrases with images from a given set.
