By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify at least four different French greetings (bonjour, bonsoir, salut, ça va?) heard in an audio-visual document.
Match spoken greetings to the correct time of day when watching a video or listening to an audio recording.
Answer simple comprehension questions (who, where, what time) about a short video showing two people greeting each other.
Distinguish between formal greetings (bonjour, bonsoir) and informal greetings (salut, ça va?) based on who is speaking.
Respond non-verbally or with a short phrase to show they understood a greeting heard in the document.
