Learning Objectives
Indicator: B5.1.1.4.1 - Écrire pour saluer quelqu’un.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Copy and complete short written greetings (e.g. “Bonjour ! Comment ça va ?”) with correct spelling and punctuation.
- Write a simple text message (texto) of 2 to 3 sentences greeting a friend, using the model “Bonjour ! Comment ça va ? Comment va la famille aussi ?”
- Write a short postcard greeting to a pen pal, including the date, a greeting, one question and a closing phrase.
- Use capital letters, exclamation marks and question marks correctly when writing greetings in French.
- Check their own written work against a checklist to confirm they have included the key parts of a written greeting.
