Learning Objectives
Indicator: B4.4.1.1.1 - Explain the need to be committed to God.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Mention at least four ways by which we show commitment to God (prayer, service to humankind, caring for the environment, helping the needy).
- Explain at least three reasons why we need to be committed to God (God created us, it is His command, He provides our needs).
- State at least three benefits of being committed to God (blessings, drawing closer to God, long life).
- Discuss in groups why they personally have to be committed to God and present their ideas to the class.
- Write a short paragraph on the benefits of responding to God’s call.
