Indicator: B3.2.1.1.2 - Give reasons for studying the sacred scriptures of the three major religions among their followers.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

State at least three reasons why followers of the three major religions in Ghana study their sacred scriptures.
Explain how studying sacred scriptures helps people draw closer to God.
Identify at least one moral lesson from a sacred text of their own religion and one from another religion.
Recite or read aloud a short passage from a sacred scripture and say what it teaches them.
Show respect for all three sacred scriptures during class discussions and activities.
