By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Read a given Arabic text silently and identify the central idea (الفكرة الرئيسية) of the whole passage.
Generate main ideas from different segments or paragraphs of a text and express them in their own words.
Write a short summary of a given text in Arabic, connecting the central idea with the secondary ideas.
Answer comprehension questions in complete Arabic sentences, drawing information from different parts of the text.
Compare and make a judgement about the viewpoints expressed in a text, using evidence from the text.
