Indicator: B7.3.2.1.1 - Identify and use punctuation marks (question, exclamation, full-stop, comma) in given texts
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify question marks (?), exclamation marks (!), full-stops (.) and commas (,) in a given passage and state the job each one does.
- Insert the correct punctuation marks into unpunctuated sentences and short paragraphs.
- Write four original sentences of their own, each correctly using at least one of the four punctuation marks studied.
- Correct punctuation errors in a given paragraph and explain why each correction was made.
