By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify concrete examples that support a given point of view in a short speech or passage.
Explain why concrete examples make a speech clearer and more convincing than vague statements alone.
Match sample speech topics to appropriate concrete examples drawn from personal experience, school life, or the local community.
Add at least two concrete examples to support a given point of view on a sample speech topic.
Present a short speech (about 1 minute) that states a point of view and supports it with at least two concrete examples.
