Learning Objectives
Indicator: 2.3.2.LI.1 - Distinguish between portfolio building and exhibition.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define portfolio building and exhibition in their own words, stating at least two key differences between them.
- Outline the step-by-step processes involved in building a manual portfolio and a digital portfolio.
- Use photographic and video documentation techniques to record their own artworks for portfolio purposes.
- Sort and select artworks appropriate for a portfolio versus artworks appropriate for an exhibition, explaining their reasoning.
- Work collaboratively in mixed-ability groups to critique sample portfolios and exhibition displays, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
