Learning Objectives
Indicator: K2.6.5.1.3 - Participate actively in the teacher-read-aloud of the LEA text which relates to the theme, and share lessons learnt from the text.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Say what they already know about plants before the read-aloud begins.
- Ask at least one question about what they want to learn about plants.
- Listen attentively during the read-aloud of the LEA text on uses of plants and find answers to their own questions.
- Share one lesson they have learnt about the parts of a plant and their uses after the reading.
- Respond to simple questions about the text and connect the story to real plants around them.
