Learning Objectives
Indicator: B2.1.2.2.3 - Experiment with available visual arts tools, materials and methods to create own visual artworks that reflect the natural and manmade environments of other Ghanaian communities.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least three different visual arts tools and materials found in the natural and manmade environment suitable for making artworks.
- Sort and describe the suitability of different tools and materials for specific artmaking purposes.
- Experiment with at least two different methods (drawing, rubbing, pressing, or stamping) using selected tools and materials.
- Create one complete visual artwork that reflects the natural or manmade environment of another Ghanaian community, using the tools and materials experimented with.
