- Create a short dance, song or drama piece of about 20 to 30 seconds that expresses their own idea about either the natural environment (for example, a river, forest or farm) or the manmade environment (for example, a market, lorry station or school building).
- Use available local instruments, objects and techniques (such as drums, rattles, clapping, stomping or call-and-response singing) to perform their created piece.
- Explain, using one or two sentences, how their created artwork connects to the environment they chose.
- Reflect on a peer’s performance and say one thing they liked and one thing that could be improved, using kind and helpful words.
