Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.1.1.2.1 - Recognise simple questions related to domestic animals, like cat, dog, mouse, sheep, etc.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Recognise and identify the audio names of at least five domestic animals in Arabic (e.g., كلب, خروف, ماعز, بقرة, حصان) when heard aloud.
Respond orally to simple questions such as “ما هذا؟” (What is this?) and “هل هذا كلب؟” (Is this a dog?) by giving the correct animal name.
Match a spoken Arabic question to the correct picture of a domestic animal from a set of options.
Recall and use question words like ما (what), هل (is this), and أين (where) in the context of talking about domestic animals.
Distinguish between the sounds of similar animal names, such as خروف (sheep) and حصان (horse), when heard in a question.
