Indicator: B7.1.2.1.1 - Describe accidents in the workshop/site/laboratory
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define an accident in their own words, using examples from the workshop, site and food laboratory.
- Identify at least four types of accidents that commonly occur in workshops and laboratories.
- Predict at least three causes of accidents in the workshop or food laboratory and explain how each cause leads to an accident.
- Classify given accident scenarios according to type and likely cause.
- Explain, in a clear order, how one specific accident could have been prevented by removing its cause.
