Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.2.4.1.2 - Parler du temps qu’il fait (Production orale et Interaction orale)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Ask and answer questions about the weather using the impersonal verb “faire” (Il fait chaud, il fait froid, il pleut, etc.)
Name and describe the four seasons in France (le printemps, l’été, l’automne, l’hiver) and the two main seasons in Ghana (la saison des pluies, la saison sèche).
Perform a short role-play or dramatised dialogue where they talk about the weather in at least four different situations.
Present a brief weather report similar to what a journalist or radio presenter would do, using accurate weather vocabulary.
Interview a classmate about the weather and respond appropriately to questions such as “Quel temps fait-il?” and “Quelle est la température aujourd’hui?”
