Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.6.2.1.4 - Écrire sur les sports (Production écrite et Interaction écrite)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Write a simple report of 50 to 70 words in French describing a school sports day or sports week, using the verbs jouer, faire, courir, sauter and s’entraîner correctly.
Create a short announcement or advertisement in French promoting a sporting activity, including the name of the sport, the place, the date and an invitation to participate.
Produce a simple calendar of sporting activities for a week, listing at least five different sports with the days and times in French.
Write from dictation a short text of 4 to 6 sentences on the theme of sports, spelling key vocabulary correctly (le football, la natation, la boxe, le ballon, etc.).
Respond in writing to simple questions about sports preferences, using the structures from previous weeks (Quel sport pratiquez-vous? Je joue au… / Je fais de la…).
