By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and name the seven days of the week in French when they hear them spoken in a poem or song.
Listen to a short audio/audio-visual document about the days of the week and pick out at least three days mentioned.
Match days of the week to their French spellings after listening to them being read aloud.
Respond to simple comprehension questions in English or French about what they heard in the audio document.
Recite or sing along with a short poem or song about the days of the week.
