Learning Objectives

Indicator: B4.4.3.3.1 - Lire et comprendre un texte simple sur les activités d’une personne

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Read aloud a short text in French about a person’s weekly activities with correct pronunciation of the days of the week.
  2. Identify the days of the week and the school subjects mentioned in a simple reading text.
  3. Answer comprehension questions in French or English about what a person does on each day.
  4. Match days of the week to the correct activities or subjects from a reading passage.
  5. Demonstrate understanding of the reading by completing a simple true or false exercise based on the text.

Key vocabulary learners should already know from Weeks 9 and 10: lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi, vendredi, samedi, dimanche, les matières scolaires, l’anglais, les mathématiques, les sciences, le français, le twi.
