Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.2.2.1.4 - Écrire une note ou un texte simple pour parler de différents lieux, objets et les personnes de l’école (Production écrite et Interaction écrite)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Write a short text of 4 to 6 sentences describing the places, objects and people in their school, using the structures “Dans mon école, il y a…” and “On trouve…”
Compose a brief WhatsApp-style message or short note in French informing a friend about their school and its facilities.
Use correct spelling for at least 8 previously learned school-related vocabulary words (salle de classe, bibliothèque, cantine, terrain de sport, tableau, etc.) in their written work.
Create a simple labelled plan or signpost in French for a school location, applying the vocabulary from the lesson.
Write a short dictated sentence of 8 to 10 words about the school from the teacher’s reading, with accurate spelling of familiar words.
