Learning Objectives
Indicator: B4.2.2.1.2 - Écouter/Regarder et comprendre un document audio-visuel sur les personnes de l’école
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify by name and role at least four different people found in a school (e.g., le directeur, le maître, la cantinière, le jardinier) after watching a short audio-visual document.
- Listen to and understand simple statements describing what each school person does, matching the person to the correct action.
- Answer simple oral questions in French such as “Qui est-ce?” and “Qu’est-ce qu’il fait?” based on images or short video clips of school staff.
- Respond to a recorded or video dialogue about school people by pointing to or naming the correct person when prompted.
- Demonstrate understanding of key vocabulary for school personnel by using the words correctly in short spoken sentences during class activities.
