Learning Objectives

Indicator: B4.2.2.1.2 - Écouter/Regarder et comprendre un document audio-visuel sur les personnes de l’école

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify by name and role at least four different people found in a school (e.g., le directeur, le maître, la cantinière, le jardinier) after watching a short audio-visual document.
Listen to and understand simple statements describing what each school person does, matching the person to the correct action.
Answer simple oral questions in French such as “Qui est-ce?” and “Qu’est-ce qu’il fait?” based on images or short video clips of school staff.
Respond to a recorded or video dialogue about school people by pointing to or naming the correct person when prompted.
Demonstrate understanding of key vocabulary for school personnel by using the words correctly in short spoken sentences during class activities.
