Learning Objectives

Indicator: B7.4.4.1.1 - Écouter, comprendre et réagir à une conversation ou une présentation dans laquelle l’on parle de son agenda (Réception orale / Compréhension de l’oral)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify the days of the week and months of the year in French when they hear them spoken in a conversation about an agenda.
Listen to a short dialogue about someone’s schedule and answer comprehension questions in French or English (true/false, multiple choice, short answers).
Recognise and match times of day (“à midi”, “à une heure de l’après-midi”, “de 8 heures à 18 heures”) to the correct clock times when heard in an audio passage.
Discriminate between similar-sounding French words related to days, months and time expressions through an auditory discrimination exercise.
React appropriately to a spoken presentation about an agenda by giving simple oral responses or completing a listening grid.
