Indicator: B6.2.1.2.2 - Décrire les pièces de sa maison

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Name at least six rooms of a house in French (la chambre à coucher, le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger, la salle de bains, les toilettes) with correct articles.
Use the structure “Dans ma maison, il y a…” to introduce the rooms in their home.
Use the structure “C’est une…” or “C’est un…” to identify each room correctly according to its gender.
Describe each room with one simple descriptive phrase, such as “La cuisine est grande” or “Le salon est petit.”
Present a short oral description of their house (3 to 4 sentences) to a partner or small group, naming at least three rooms and giving one detail about each.
