Learning Objectives

Indicator: B5.2.1.4.2 - Décrire les différents objets dans sa maison

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and name at least 8 common household objects in French (la table, la chaise, le lit, le canapé, le réfrigérateur, la télévision, le fourneau, le miroir).
Complete the names of household objects by filling in missing letters, using picture clues.
Label the objects in a picture of a house or room using the correct French vocabulary.
Characterise at least 3 objects using a choice of given adjectives (grand, petit, beau, joli, vieux, neuf, blanc, noir).
Write 2 to 3 short sentences describing objects in their own room at home using the structure “Dans ma chambre, il y a …” plus an adjective.
