Learning Objectives
Indicator: B4.2.1.3.1 - Identifier les pièces et les objets de la maison
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Read and correctly identify at least 8 names of rooms and objects of the house in French from a short written text.
- Match French words for rooms and household objects to corresponding pictures.
- Pick out the “intruder” (l’intrus) in a written list of objects that do not belong in a given room.
- Respond correctly to written questions such as “Qu’est-ce que c’est?” and “Où est…?” by naming the room or object shown.
- Use contextual clues in short written sentences to determine whether a word refers to a room (pièce) or an object (objet).
