Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.6.1.1.2 - Parler de l’habillement et la mode. (Production orale et Interaction orale)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Describe what someone is wearing using the structure “Je porte / Il porte / Elle porte” plus appropriate clothing vocabulary (une robe, une chemise, un pagne, etc.).
Ask and answer questions about clothing using “Il/Elle est comment?”, “Dans quelle taille?”, “En quoi?” and “De quelle couleur?”.
Use colour adjectives correctly (clair, foncé, uni, à pois, à rayures, à carreaux) to describe clothing patterns and styles.
Role-play a scene in a clothing boutique, using the vocabulary and question structures learnt to buy or discuss an item of clothing.
Interview a classmate about their clothing choices and preferences, using the target question forms.
