Learning Objectives
Indicator: K2.3.4.1.5 - Play different musical instruments and dance to religious songs
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify at least three different musical instruments (such as drums, shakers, and bells) and demonstrate how each is played.
- Play a simple rhythm on a classroom instrument while others sing or dance.
- Dance appropriately to a religious song, following the beat and rhythm of the music.
- Take turns leading a song or dance during the Music and Dance activity at the learning centres.
- Show respect and appreciation for classmates who perform religious songs from their own traditions.

Have different learners show their skills in the Music and dance day and at the centres by playing musical instruments, drums, some can lead in the songs while/and others dance. Play a variety of music on CD/tapes and let learners dance.
