By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Name at least five different presentation software applications and state one distinguishing feature of each.
- Explain the purpose and function of each of the five key features: windows, animation, transition, presenter view slides, and master slides.
- Discuss the merits and demerits of using presentation software compared to traditional methods of presenting information.
- Evaluate a given presentation scenario and recommend the most appropriate presentation software and features to use, justifying their choices.
