Learning Objectives
Indicator: 1.1.1.LI.5 - Save and print documents (Save, Save As, Print)
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate the steps for saving a document for the first time using the Save command, and explain the difference between Save and Save As.
- Choose the appropriate file name, file type, and storage location when saving a document.
- Locate and open a previously saved document from its storage location.
- Demonstrate the steps for printing a document, including using Print Preview, selecting the correct printer, and choosing the number of copies.
- Justify the need to save work regularly and print documents responsibly to avoid wasting paper and ink.
