Learning Objectives

Indicator: 1.1.1.LI.5 - Save and print documents (Save, Save As, Print)

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Demonstrate the steps for saving a document for the first time using the Save command, and explain the difference between Save and Save As.
Choose the appropriate file name, file type, and storage location when saving a document.
Locate and open a previously saved document from its storage location.
Demonstrate the steps for printing a document, including using Print Preview, selecting the correct printer, and choosing the number of copies.
Justify the need to save work regularly and print documents responsibly to avoid wasting paper and ink.
