Learning Objectives

Indicator: B8.2.2.1.2 - Demonstrate the strong recall ability through recitation of Arabic proverbs.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Recite from memory at least three Arabic proverbs with correct pronunciation and natural rhythm.
  2. Explain the meaning of each proverb in simple Arabic and in English.
  3. Use at least one Arabic proverb appropriately in a short spoken sentence or dialogue.
  4. Identify the moral or cultural value embedded in each proverb and connect it to everyday life in Ghana.
