Exemplars (from the NaCCA curriculum)
Exemplar: Use the Community Circle time strategy as described in the previous lessons for the theme introduction. Give learners the opportunity to talk freely with the teacher and peers about the theme. Ask leading questions to guide the discussion on the theme, 'Who are the members of the school family? What are some of the special activities that go on in school?' What rules should we create to help the school family live in peace? Write down some relevant points for the classroom rules.
