Indicator: K2.1.5.1.6 - Classify objects according to their shape and colour.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Identify and name the shape of at least three common objects in the household learning centre (for example, round, square, triangular).
Identify and name the colour of at least three common objects in the household learning centre.
Sort a mixed collection of objects into groups by shape (all round things together, all square things together).
Sort a mixed collection of objects into groups by colour (all red things together, all blue things together).
Group the same objects again by whether they are dangerous or non-dangerous, talking about why each group is safe or unsafe.
