Learning Objectives

Indicator: B5.3.4.1.1 - Describe the key events in the ministry of the leaders of the three religions.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Identify at least three key events in the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, including His baptism, temptation, and call of the disciples.
  2. Describe at least three key events in the ministry of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), including His call to prophethood and triumphant entry into Makkah.
  3. Explain the key events in the training and teaching ministry of a traditional religious leader in Ghana.
  4. Compare the key events in the ministries of the three religious leaders and state one similarity or difference among them.
  5. Role-play one key event from the ministry of any of the three religious leaders with accuracy and respect.
