  • content standard text - p.46: The single standards cell on this page carries no code and is shared with B6.6.2.1.1; its text is printed '1. • indicator text - p.46: Printed 'B6.6.2.2.2'. The document prints no B6.6.2.2.1 and no B6.6.2.1.2 anywhere, and this indicator shares one un-coded standards cell with B6.6.2.1.1 on the same page. Transcribed exactly as printed.
