- Define tempo and identify at least three Italian terms (allegro, largo, moderato) used to describe the speed of music, stating their meanings in English.
- Listen to two contrasting musical excerpts and correctly identify which is fast and which is slow, justifying their answer with reference to the beat they heard.
- Compare and contrast at least three activities or events in Ghanaian life that are associated with fast music versus slow music, using a simple table.
- Explain how the speed of music affects the mood or feeling of a moment, giving one example of a slow-music occasion and one example of a fast-music occasion in their own community.
- Perform a short body-percussion pattern at both a slow tempo and a fast tempo, demonstrating their ability to control speed.
