Indicator: B3.2.4.1.1 - Identify the forts and castles built along the coast of Ghana
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Explain at least two differences between a fort and a castle.
- Identify and name at least four major forts and castles built along the coast of Ghana.
- Match at least four forts and castles with their correct locations along the Ghanaian coast.
- State at least one European nation that built each of the major forts and castles and give a reason why they were built.
- Describe at least two ways the uses of forts and castles have changed from the past to today.
