Learning Objectives
Indicator: B6.1.3.1.4 - Roll ball using a stick in a game situation (hockey).
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate the correct grip and stance for holding a hockey stick with both hands.
- Roll a ball from one place to another using a hockey stick while controlling its direction.
- Apply the rolling skill in a mini hockey game situation with a small group.
- Show patience, tolerance and collaboration while taking turns and working with teammates during the game.
- Perform a simple cool-down routine to bring the body back to rest after physical activity.
