Learning Objectives

Indicator: B4.1.11.1.13 - Keep a foot-dribbled ball away from a defensive partner.

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Foot-dribble a ball using both the left and right feet while moving in different directions.
  2. Use their body to shield the ball from a defensive partner during a dribbling activity.
  3. Maintain control of the ball while changing speed and direction to avoid a defender.
  4. Apply shielding and dribbling skills in a small-sided game situation with a partner.
  5. Demonstrate cooperation and fair play when working with a partner during practice and game activities.
