Learning Objectives
Indicator: B4.1.12.1.15 - Perform movement skill with one hand or one foot and compare with movement skill with two hands and two feet.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Perform a selected movement skill (such as bouncing and catching a ball) using one hand or one foot.
- Perform the same movement skill using two hands and two feet.
- Observe a partner performing a movement skill and describe at least one difference between the one-limb and two-limb versions.
- Explain why one hand or one foot is often preferred for certain movement skills, giving at least one valid reason.
- Demonstrate tolerance and teamwork by taking turns and encouraging partners during practice activities.
