Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.1.11.1.14 - Foot-dribble a ball continuously while traveling and changing direction.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate correct foot-dribbling technique using the inside of the foot to move a ball forward in a straight line.
- Maintain control of the ball while traveling at a walking and then a jogging pace.
- Change direction around cones or skittles while keeping the ball close to their feet.
- Apply foot-dribbling skills in a small-sided football game while moving continuously.
- Show improved balance and coordination through controlled dribbling practice.
