Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.1.3.1.4 - Roll a ball from stationary forward and back, using sticks.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate the correct grip and stance for holding a stick when rolling a ball from a stationary position.
- Roll a ball forward from a stationary position to a demarcated point using a stick, with controlled force.
- Roll a ball backward from a demarcated point to the starting point using a stick, maintaining control of direction.
- Follow safety rules (keeping sticks low, spacing between partners) during stick and ball activities without prompting.
- Show patience and collaboration by taking turns with partners during practice without pushing or rushing.
