Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.1.12.1.15 - Clap, sing and dance to a rhythm
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Clap hands in time with a simple rhythm pattern (e.g., steady beat, fast beat, slow beat).
- Sing a familiar song while clapping to its beat with at least 80% accuracy in coordination.
- Perform basic dance steps (step-touch, side step, march in place) in time with the beat of a song.
- Demonstrate coordination by clapping, singing and dancing at the same time for at least 8 counts without losing the beat.
- Respond to corrective feedback by adjusting their clapping or dancing to match the rhythm better.

Learners clap, sing and dance to a rhythm. Emphasis on coordination in clapping to the beat and coordination dancing. Give learners corrective feedback to improve their coordination. Allow them to progress at their own pace with fun and enjoyment
