Learning Objectives
Indicator: B3.1.10.1.13 - Hand-dribble a ball continuously while moving around obstacles.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Demonstrate a continuous hand-dribble of a ball while walking in a straight line without losing control.
- Hand-dribble the ball while weaving around at least four obstacles placed in a row without stopping or chasing the ball.
- Apply varying amounts of force (soft and firm taps) to keep the ball close while changing direction around obstacles.
- Maintain balance and body control (staying low, head up) while dribbling through a course of obstacles.
- Show personal development skills such as concentration, coordination and agility while completing a dribbling circuit individually and with classmates.

After warm-ups learners move from stationary position with balls, bounce and continue bouncing whiles moving through obstacles from one point to other. Supervise and give corrective feedback. End lesson with cool down.
