By the end of the lesson, learners can:

Pronounce at least 6 new words from the theme correctly after teacher modelling
Match new vocabulary words to the correct picture cards
Copy at least 6 new words neatly into their personal word books
Use at least 3 new words to create simple oral sentences
Point to and say the new words when they see them in the shared reading text
