Knowing the Special Leaders in My Community

Learning Objectives
Indicator: K1.4.3.1.3 - Sing traditional songs, play rattle and shakers, clap and dance on the correct rhythm.
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Sing at least one familiar traditional song from their community together with the class.
- Clap their hands on the correct rhythm while others sing.
- Play a shaker or rattle on the correct rhythm, changing hands as directed by the teacher.
- Dance or move their bodies to match the rhythm of the song being sung.
- Talk about how they felt when playing the shaker, clapping, and dancing with their friends.
