Learning Objectives

Indicator: K1.1.4.1.6

By the end of the lesson, learners can:

  1. Say the name of at least one food item that begins with the letter B, such as banana or beans.
  2. Trace the letter B (uppercase and lowercase) in the air and in sand using their fingers.
  3. Draw a picture of a B food item, such as a banana, using a crayon.
  4. Write the letter B underneath their drawing.
  5. Talk about their drawing, naming the food item and stating its beginning letter.
