Indicator: B5.4.6.3.1 - Lire et comprendre une lettre/une carte d’invitation
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Read a simple invitation card in French and identify the type of occasion it announces (birthday, wedding, naming ceremony, etc.).
- Locate and state the date, time (start and end) and venue of the celebration from an invitation card.
- Answer comprehension questions in French about the details of an invitation card (occasion, time, place, organiser).
- Distinguish between information that is explicitly stated on a card and information that is not given.
- Use the vocabulary of invitation (occasion, célébration, heure, date, adresse) to talk about what they have read.
