Learning Objectives
Indicator: B7.2.1.1.6 - Demonstrate how to align text, indent paragraphs, bullet, line space and shade
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Identify the four text alignment options in the Paragraph group under the Home tab and state what each one does.
- Apply left, centre, right and justified alignment to selected text in a Microsoft Word document.
- Add bullets to a list and use the Decrease and Increase Indent buttons to adjust paragraph position.
- Set line spacing using the Line and Paragraph Spacing button and the Dialogue Box Launcher in the Paragraph group.
- Apply shading to selected paragraphs or text using the Shading button in the Paragraph group.
