Indicator: B7.2.2.1.1 - Explain the importance of presentation software
By the end of the lesson, learners can:
- Define presentation software in their own words and give at least one example of where it is used.
- State at least four benefits of using presentation software over traditional methods like chalkboards or flip charts.
- Identify and name at least three common presentation software packages, including MS-PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote.
- Explain how presentation software helps a presenter organise information for a specific audience.
- Match an appropriate presentation software package to a given scenario (e.g. school project, business meeting, church announcement).
